All prices displayed are outside the Chorégies period Orange and Special Events.
Rooms are available to customers at from 4:00 p.m. for arrival and must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m. upon departure.
Pets are only allowed in low season and on express request.
1. Reception opening:
- High season: Daily from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Low and mid season: Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
No Check in or check out is possible in outside normal reception opening hours unless the management agrees.
Our private parking is chargeable and is available to our customers only by reservation knowing that it is closed every day from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in high season and from 8:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. in mid and low season, which is not allowed car movement during closing.
Nevertheless, as far as possible, an opening in outside these hours remains possible from 7:30 a.m. on request in low and mid season.

The rates shown are per night and are net - VAT and service included. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Tourist tax per adult / per day - 0, 80 euros.
Payments accepted: cash, checks with ID , American Express, Visa, Euro / Mastercard.
ATTENTION: Holiday vouchers are only accepted for reservations made directly through our website or by phone.
II - Reservation guarantee
To guarantee your reservation, it is mandatory to provide a credit card number, its expiration date the valid CVV code.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize the amount of your stay when booking, payment is made directly to the hotel.
As part of Chorégies d'Orange and events individuals, the Hotel St Jean will pre-authorize all reservations.
The fact of giving a credit card number engages the client towards the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 h ** before your arrival. After this time the hotel charges 100% of the amount of the first night.
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be billed.
Deadlines are counted from the date of client arrival
** ATTENTION: In case of reservation on the days of “Chorégies d'Orange” or any festive event, no cancellation or modification will be possible. Any room reserved will be charged.
Nevertheless, if in connection with the Pandemic of Covid 19, national restrictions should lead to the cancellation of Chorégies D'Orange shows or any festive event, cancellation without charge will be possible if it occurs within 5 days of the authorities' announcement. span>
IV - Extras
All extras (phone, bar, parking .. .) must be paid on site before departure.
Breakfast is extra. >
The wifi is free and unlimited in the establishment.
In the absence of payment for these services, these amounts will be directly debited via the bank guarantee given when booking.
V - Terms of payment
Payment for services will be made upon issuance of the invoice .
VII - Complaints
Any dispute or complaint must be addressed to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum period of 8 days after the departure of the customers.
After this period, no complaint can be satisfied.
