All prices displayed are outside of the Chorégies period Orange and Special events. & nbsp;

The rooms are kept available to customers from 2.30pm for arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am at the latest on departure. & nbsp;

Pets are only allowed in low season and by express request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. The reception is open every day from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. & nbsp; < / p>

ATTENTION : We do not provide any registration service after normal reception opening hours unless we have agreed in advance. & nbsp;

& nbsp; 2. Private parking is available to our customers only by reservation at a rate of 7 € per day. & nbsp;

ATTENTION: For the peace of our customers, the car park is closed every day from 9.30 p.m. to 8 a.m. allowing no movement of the car during these closing times. Opening outside these hours is possible on request. & nbsp;

The prices indicated are per night and are net - VAT and service included. Rates are subject to change without notice. & nbsp;

Tourist tax per adult / per day - 0.80 euros . & nbsp;

Euro / Mastercard, Carte Bleue.

& nbsp; II - Reservation guarantee

To guarantee your reservation, we will ask for your credit card number credit and its expiration date. & nbsp;

No amount will be taken when booking, payment s 'performs directly with the hotel. & nbsp;

However Hôtel St Jean reserves the right to make a pre-authorization & nbsp;

Giving a credit card number commits the customer to the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale. & nbsp;

III- Cancellation & nbsp;

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. After this deadline the hotel requires 100% of the amount of the first night. & nbsp;

In case of no show, the entire stay will be charged. & nbsp;

Times are counted from the date of arrival of customer & nbsp;

ATTENTION: No cancellation or modification is possible as part of the Chorégie d'Orange. Any reserved room will be charged.

All the extras (telephone, bar, parking ...) must be paid on site before departure. & nbsp;

Breakfast is extra 9.50 € / day / person. & nbsp;

The wifi is free and unlimited in the establishment. & nbsp;

VII - Complaints

Any dispute or complaint must be addressed to the hotel by letter recommended with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 8 days after the departure of customers. & nbsp;
