Terms and conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE & INTERNAL RULES
The general conditions and the rules of procedure form an integral part of the hotel contract and whose acceptance is mandatory before the conclusion of the sale.
The reservation request entails acceptance of these provisions and their complete and unreserved acceptance.
The hotelier has the freedom not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and neglected, customers whose behavior is noisy, incorrect, or alcoholic, customers whose behavior is contrary to morality and order public.
To validate a reservation, the customer must provide a valid credit card number, its expiry date and the CVV code. The hotel contract is deemed to have been concluded as soon as the agreement is reached between the parties. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card before the arrival date. Reservations made on our site are effective after validation of this pre-authorization. In case of rejection, the hotel may cancel this reservation.
The reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the breakfast room or on the terrace in fine weather.
Breakfasts must be reserved the day before before 8:30 p.m. at reception. All reserved breakfast not consumed will be charged 5 €
Our private car park is chargeable and is available to our customers by reservation, subject to availability. The car park is closed every day from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. and no car movement is allowed during the closure.
Parking must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. at the same time as the check out of the room.
The accommodation benefit is payable no later than the day of departure. For long-term rentals, bills must be paid weekly.
We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, American Express. It is also possible to pay by cash.
By application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot oppose the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.
Room rates are per day.
The tourist tax
The tourist tax is never included in the price of the reservation. It is in force in the municipality and payable locally. Amount 2022: €0.80 per adult person and per night.
USE OF THE TERRACE
It is strictly forbidden to consume drinks or food outside the hotel. Picnics are prohibited
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF BOOKING (**Excluding Chorégies and Events period)
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours** before your arrival. After this time the hotel requires 100% of the amount of the first night.
In case of no-show before 8:30 p.m. maximum arrival time, the entire stay will be charged. Deadlines are counted from the date of arrival of the customer
The hotelier has the option of re-renting a room without delay under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by customer.
- Modification of the reservation by the customer.
- Client not showing up before 8:30 p.m.
"NON-REFUNDABLE" RESERVATION: Chorégies and Festive Events
In the event of a non-refundable reservation, no cancellation or modification will be possible. Any room reserved will be invoiced and debited via the bank guarantee.
DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, the customer cannot demand to occupy the room before 3 p.m. Nightly rental ends at 11 a.m. regardless of the customer's arrival time. Attention, in case of departure beyond, an additional night will be charged.
The bank card used for the reservation will be requested by the establishment upon your arrival.
At the time of departure, the client must return the key to his room. In the event of non-return, the hotel will charge €20 and debit the amount from the customer's credit card unless the customer returns the key by post within 3 days.
He is forbidden to take away any object whatsoever belonging to the hotel: he must notify the hotelier if he notices a mistake and send it back, otherwise he will be charged.
ACCESS TO ROOMS
The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Our customers are invited to immediately report any breach to the hotel reception.
A guest may not bring third parties into the room who are not known to the hotelier (Ordinance of the Prefect of Police of October 28, 1936 amended by Ordinance Art. 9 of February 1, 1940), unless authorized by the latter.
In addition, the room is designed for a specific number of people determined by the safety commission (1 baby or child = 1 person)
Anyone wishing to stay at the Hotel is required to make known their identity and age as well as that of the people accompanying them.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Children are the sole responsibility of the client. It is forbidden to leave them unattended in the room.
In agreement with the hotelier, a cot can be set up free of charge by the hotel only in certain rooms for babies under 2 years old and subject to availability. The maximum number of cots in the room is 1
Animals are not accepted in the hotel, except for guide dogs.
The hotel is completely NON-SMOKING. Contravening this provision exposes you to a penalty of €50 or legal proceedings.
It is also strictly forbidden to dismantle fire detection devices: Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €150 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service.>
Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to take meals there or to bring drinks not supplied by the hotel, as well as to do your laundry there and to dry your clothes on the radiators and heated towel rails
DAMAGE AND NUISANCES
The customer must use the rented property as a good father.
The rooms made available to our customers are checked, functional and in good condition. Our customers are invited to report any breach immediately to the hotel reception.
In the event of degradation or deterioration of furniture, floors, bedding or theft of linen, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of repair or replacement for an amount equal to the amounts incurred with a minimum package of 500€.
The hotel may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a state that will be deemed unsuitable.
Ranking, even during the day, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder or scandal in any form whatsoever, will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the tranquility of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. For the respect and rest of the other customers, be careful not to slam the doors or make too much noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Any complaint about the quality of the services provided must be presented to the hotelier immediately.
Forgotten items will be returned by parcel or mail, whichever will be done with tracking and insurance for valuables. The shipment will be made after the payment by the customer of the shipping costs.
In the event of non-compliance by the client with one of these provisions, the hotelier is obliged to invite the client to leave the establishment, without any compensation.< /strong>
